Outside renovation house A and B 2015-11-11

During the summer of 2016, we are planning a facelift of the outdoor environment in buildings A and B, mainly as follows:
House A
Cut down 10 st trees in front. Creation of 6 patios of the decking outside common kitchens. Creation of a plant surface, for example, Thuja between patios and walking -and bike path.
House B
Creation of additional 4 pieces patios front New pole lighting along the walking -and bike path Rescheduling asphalt south, west and north of the building B and new parcing places for bicycles.

           

Renovation stairwell house A 2015-11-11

3 of the 10 staircases is relatively shabby. We plan that during winter 2015-2016 to be able to renovate them. The renovation includes mainly new carpet on the floor and in the staircase and painting of ceilings and walls.

           

Ventilation house A 2015-11-11

The southern part of building A has had no ventilation over a few days. We can now announce that the ventilation system is in operation, after our repairman replaced a faulty circuit board in the control box of the unit.

We are sorry that our new internet provider AllTele have so many interruptions. It is important that all of you who are affected do report this to AllTele phone 0770-250-550 or e-mail fasupport@allteleprivat.se so keep interruptions documented. We will begin discussions with AllTele concerning compensation for non-delivery. We will get back to you all as soon as we have more information.

During Saturday 3 oktober, 08.00-17.00 And Sunday 11 oktober, same hours There will be no hot water in buildings E and G due to repair works in the main heating system outside SUSbo-area. The cold-water is not affected at all!

On Monday 18 th May, it's time for the annual bike weed out. Make sure that your bike is labeled with a buntband on the handlebars. If you need more buntband there are in the office or in our mailbox on the wall.

Internet

SUSbo ends May 31, 2015 collaboration with Evry heretofore our partner regarding the Internet and will instead let the company Alltele become our new supplier.
The agreement means that all accommodations by SUSbo are collectively connected and that you as tenants no longer have to pay no connection fee or monthly fees. The cost of the data connection and traffic is paid instead of SUSbo and will be charged as an add on the cost of renting the accommodation. Fee is. 1200 - a year The transmission rate increases theoretically from 10MB to 100MB.
The above applies from June 1, 2015th SUSbo ensures that all individual contracts with Evry expires on May 31, Ni tenants need not itself terminate your contract with evry.

Demolition Kronåsen Building 4

We have started planning for 2014, demolish and build new houses on the basis of housing 4. As an introduction, we invite all residents Kronåsen to a short briefing Thursday, May 3 at 18:00 We meet in our conference room in the same building as the office door on the west side.

Demolition preparation 2012-04-10

Susbo has started planning for the continued modernization of Kronåsen.
As an initial step in this planning, we have decided that all recidenses continue to rent with so called "demolition contracts" meaning that the tenant´s normal tenancy by the contract.
The purpose of this is that we will be able to empty house 4 so that a complete reconstruction can be implemented. The demolition/reconstruction is not immedeatly imminent, we belives that the project as the demolition of house 4 can be made until the summer of 2014 to be ready for occupation at earliest to the start of spring 2015.

Studycontrol 2012-02-17

Now it´s time again for all tenants to show study results for autumn 2011.
Certificates of academic results must be handed in to SUSbo before 15 March 2012.
If you fail to provide certificates in a timely manner as described above will a fee of 100SEK charges to the next invoice.

Renovation of house group C 2011-02-07

We have started planning for relining the C-house.
Planning and projecting is in progress and we expect to have an offer in the end of March so that the procurement may be done in April, assuming the price is acceptable.
The implementation period is estimated to the autumn 2011 and early winter 2012.
We will provide more information when we have more information to give.

New rents for 2011 2011-01-18

SUSbo, Borådet and Residents’ association have today 2011-01-14 agreed to new rents applying for 2011. A general rent increase amounting to 2.4 % is adopted with effect from 1st of February. The increase will be evident with the payment notice of February, why it will be a couple of days late this time.

Renovation of house A

The major renovation project of house A, which we informed about a year ago, is pushed into the future. One reasons for this is that many residents didn’t like the idea and wanted the projects to be reconsidered. Another reason is that the bids we received were substantially more expensive than we thought.

Rent negotiations

The negotiations for the rent for the year 2011 have started between SUSbo and “Borådet”. New rental rates will apply from 1 January. You pay current rent as usual until the new rent is presented. Remember to put away some extra money every month if the negotiations drag on because there might be question of retroactive rent payments from 1 January.
